About The Department

The department of Hotel Management & Catering Science was established in the Year 2001-2002. The department has been initiated to meet out the great demand worldwide for qualified and well –trained hospitality Professionals, to enhance the rapid growth of Travel and Tourism Industry in Recent Years. The main objective of this institution is to provide 100% placement to the students in various departments of  Hotel and Tourism industry in India and Abroad. To make our students well equipped with the working methodologies in different departments, training is provided during summer and winter periods in various leading star category hotels with professional touch.


An education in Hotel Management has today assumed significant importance. Hotel Management students are absorbed in all the service industries such as star hotels, cruise lines, catering units, chain restaurants, fast food joints, retail sector , shopping malls, multiplexes. Our students are groomed enough and they are absorbed where there is demand for supply of food and beverage services.

› Our lab is equipped with modernized kitchen equipment in the quantity training kitchen, basic training kitchen and advanced training kitchen, Bakery & Confectionary Lab- to impart training. Production of various types of cuisine, Bread, Cookies, Pastries by utilizing modern and highly technical cooking ranges and Ovens.
› Artistically designed, stocked with crockery and cutlery to teach and train our students with the secrets of the trade for better perfection.
› Fully furnished model rooms with all facilities resembling the interior of a star hotel to impart practical knowledge to the students.
› Systematic and Eloquently designed Lobby, with front desk to train the students with the latest technologies of the industry.
